Getting ready for your first visit to our spa? You’re going to love it! Here are a few things you need to know:

Reservations

We suggest making spa reservations at least one week in advance to assure preferred times and staff preferences. Multiple guests are advised to plan 4 to 6 weeks in advance.

When you arrive

For your first visit, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time for paperwork. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal items.

Parking

There is a two-hour public parking area behind Gervais. The downtown parking garage is one-half block away, and one-hour parking is available on North Central Avenue. If you receive a ticket for parking longer than the time limit, Gervais will validate your ticket. Gervais cannot however, validate tickets for parking in a permit space or outside of the lines. 

Cancellation Policy

Because spa treatments are reserved especially for you, we require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel, change, or reschedule appointments. Spa packages and multiple treatments require at least 72 hours advance notice. Any cancellations or changes without required notice will be charged 50% of the treatment to your credit card or gift certificate. No shows will be charged full price.

Gratuity

It is customary to tip generally 10 to 20% of your service, or what feels right for you.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, or refundable. Gervais gift certificates are redeemable for any of our AVEDA products or Salon or Day Spa services.
