Room Rental Details
Are you a beauty or wellness professional looking for a stylish, fully-equipped space to run your business out of? We’ve got the perfect solution for you! Gervais Day Spa and Salon is now offering room and/or Manicure and Pedicure station rentals for independent professionals such as nail technicians, estheticians, massage therapists, and more!
Why Rent at Gervais?
You can choose from a three-month or six-month contract, and you will be responsible for managing your own clients, including booking and checkout. Additionally, any phone calls to the salon inquiring about services will be directed to the individual professionals working in our building, potentially generating new clients. Rental cost will vary from $400-$600 depending on room.
